Reschedule Policy:
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 5 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments may only be rescheduled once, after the first reschedule your deposit will be lost and you will need to book again. 

Cancellation Policy:
Please be mindful all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. (This policy applies if you are not looking to re-book your appointment) ABANDONED APPOINTMENTS (NO CALL NO SHOWS) will be charged the FULL amount of your selected service price. You will be charged %50 of your service price if your appointment is cancelled in less than the required time. 

Late Fee:
If you are 10 minutes late a $10 fee will be added to your service. If you’re more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled.

NO makeup before services. Please come with a clean face .
